Customizable Design Report Templates
In addition to the existing standard report layouts, three new HTML design report templates are supplied with Mira for use with the Reports>Design command. These provide new combinations of design information for different purposes:
- Presentation
- Sample
- Production
The reports can include several new text fields:
- Your own customizable company logo
- Your own customizable company name
- Free format editable comment fields
- Automatic copyright date
- Editable, automatic folder name (eg. for named Projects)
- Additional units of measure (including for 'feet' and for 'inches')
The new templates include the ability to show the used colors in the design in a horizontal table of small color swatches instead of vertical, with selected text information included or not according to the templates.
The HTML templates can be further customized using an HTML editor - for example Microsoft® Front Page which comes bundled with Microsoft® Office 2003 software suite. See the appendix of these release notes for a list of HTML "tags" used by Mira Design Reports.
